Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

Due to the delicate nature of the pins and other items in the shop, all sales are considered FINAL. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact me at meugraphics@gmail.com

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of any item(s). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How long does it take to process my order?

Domestic orders will usually ship the next business day. If they don't, they will ship out within 3 business days.

International orders will ship within 3 business days.

How do you ship?

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in a padded envelope.

How fast is First Class mail?

First Class mail can take anywhere between 2 - 7 days depending on your location within the U.S.

International shipping?

Yes! I ship all international orders via USPS First Class International. 

How much does shipping cost?

For specific shipping prices, please add the item(s) to your cart and head to the checkout. From here, you'll be able to preview the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of the items you've selected. 

Will I need to pay any customs/duties on my order?

It is possible for certain international countries to have to pay customs or duties. Every country is different when it comes to charging import fees, so it's best to do your research and know what to expect in order to avoid any surprises when receiving your package. You are responsible for paying your country's VAT

 

The item that I wanted isn't listed for sale anymore. Will it be coming back?

Many of my items are produced in small runs, meaning that availability is very limited, and once they're gone, they're likely gone for good. However, if there's enough demand for an item, I may consider bringing it back at some point.
